WHY CAN'T YOU JUST MAKE MORE?

Our space is small and many of our specialty items (morning buns & croissants) require 2 days of preparation, which takes up a lot of our available space and, of course, time. We utilize every available inch to bake as much as we can for a "Small Batch Bakery".

WHEN ARE BLUEBERRY PIES AVALIABLE?

Our very sought after Blueberry Pies are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, when blueberries are grown in New Jersey. The easiest way to get a blueberry pie is to place your order in advance on this website. We start accepting orders on May 1st.

 

WHEN DO YOUR SPECIALITY ITEMS COME OUT FROM THE KITCHEN?

Our croissants, donuts, and morning buns are brought out around 10 am. We do our best to keep this schedule, so you can plan accordingly. We do limit these items to 4 per customer, so more people have the opportunity to enjoy them. We recommend coming in as close to 10 am as possible, to avoid disappointment.

IF I PAY IN ADVANCE OR CALL WITH MY CREDIT CARD CAN YOU SAVE ITEMS?

No, because we are a "Small Batch Bakery" and inevitably we would sell out of our specialty items before 10 am and not have items for the customers in line.

DO YOU ALLOW DOGS IN THE BAKERY?

No. Per New Jersey Department of Health, only service animals are allowed inside a food service establishment, and we have to follow the law.
